A small, clear software license.

The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable between people, and valid on one supported computer at a time. Windows 10 and 11 x64 are supported at launch; macOS availability will be announced separately. You may deactivate the current computer and reactivate the same key on another supported computer you control.

All HECKLE 1.x feature and maintenance updates are included. A future major version may be offered separately.

Use HECKLE only on applications and accounts you own or are authorized to test. Do not use it to bypass access controls, disrupt services, or test third-party systems without permission.

Safe Mode avoids known destructive, payment, outbound-message, and ambiguous submission actions. Automated testing cannot identify every risk or defect. Review findings and keep your own backups and tests.

Internet access is required for activation and periodic validation. A successfully validated key can continue scanning offline for fourteen days. Refunded, disputed, expired, or revoked keys may be disabled.

HECKLE is provided as a developer utility without a guarantee that every bug will be found. To the extent allowed by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.
